BADOE FAMILY FOUNDATION PROVIDES SCHOOL UNIFORMS TO TSIYINU PUPILS
Tsiyinu is one of the communities within Afife zone in the Volta region of Ghana. This community is a farming community where cassava, sweet potato, maize, and rice among others are cultivated. The community school is one of the most deprived schools in the municipality. Dilapidated infrastructure, lack of textbooks and modern teaching and learning materials, inadequate desks for pupils, and tables and chairs for the teachers.
Most pupils do not have school uniforms, sandals, writing materials, and what have you. Badoe Family Foundation came as a savior and provided the pupils with school uniforms. Virtually all pupils in the Primary session have a new uniform. The foundation on the 15th of May, 2022, presented eighty-eight (88) school uniforms for the pupils and it catered for box boys and girls.
The Foundation presented ninety-six (96) uniforms to the school last year. The social responsibility of this Foundation is satisfactorily manifested day in and day out. The gesture was warmly welcomed by the people of Tsiyinu and the school. A great role model for other related foundations and young people.
